...an off by completeley missing the final bridge on Menge Creek 1 (Ted Grzelak / Dan Gildersleeve Mazda RX-7).
Jay Kowalik / Jeff Wheeler in their new Honda Civic on Menge Creek 1 stage. Craig Kazmierczak / Diane Sargent near the end of Menge Creek 1 in their Mazda RX-7. Ken Stewart / Doc Schrader were near the front in their Chevy S-10 pickup in the divisionals held in conjunction with LSPR. Art Burmeister/ Eric Burmeister hit a puddle in their VW GTI before the final Menge Creek bridge.
Ted Grzelak / Dan Gildersleeve hit a puddle at speed in their Mazda RX-7 only to have ... ...an off by completeley missing the final bridge on Menge Creek 1 (Ted Grzelak / Dan Gildersleeve Mazda RX-7). Ted Grzelak / Dan Gildersleeve Mazda RX-7 flew over and cleared Menge Creek, but there was no way of getting back on the road. Doug Davenport / Al Kintigh in the VW GTI also take a conservative line at the final Menge Creek bridge. Aaron Hatz / Brendan Higgins hit the same puddle at speed in their VW GTI with more fortunate results.
